- (2 cr; Prereq-Acceptance into stem cell biology [master's prog or PhD minor prog] or instr consent; A-F or Audit; offered Every Fall & Spring; may be repeated for 6 credits; may be repeated 3 times)
- Students attend weekly Stem Cell Institute research seminars and journal clubs, write brief summaries, participate in journal club, and present original research paper.
- SCB 5900 - Master's Plan B Research Paper and Presentation (independent study)
- (2 cr; Prereq-Admission to stem cell biology master's plan B program; A-F only; offered Every Fall, Spring & Summer)
- Students write research paper based on primary literature on stem cell biology topic of interest, mentored by faculty member.
