Proposal Changes: New:  04/09/09: two more changes

1) Update to catalog description to match CCE catalog description

2) Changing consent requirement to "no required consent"

03/06/09: two changes:

1) per instructions from Laurel Carroll and Emily Holt at OTR, this is adding the equivalency of CHEM 1011 and CHEM 1017 so that bracketing between former attempts at CHEM 1011 and future attempts at CHEM 1015 and CHEM 1017 will be recognized properly on APAS reports.

2) Adding enforced pre- or co-req of CHEM 1015

credit will not be granted if credit received for: 1011
