International Travel and Study Abroad

Discover 170 study abroad programs offered in 60 countries at the Global Campus. A variety of foreign language, exchange, international internship, and other overseas options are available for all students.

"Hard work and support from Student Fees has blessed University of Minnesota-TC students with one of the premiere "international opportunity" resource centers in the country. In our library, we have over 700 resource books that can help you plan your trip abroad. Our Peer Advisors have volunteered, interned, studied and traveled around the globe from Armenia to Zimbabwe."

Undergraduate Research Opportunities

"The University of Minnesota's Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program offers financial awards twice yearly to full time undergraduates for research, scholarly, or creative projects undertaken in partnership with a faculty member. It encourages students to conduct research and pursue academic interests outside of their regular courses by employing them to work on special research projects. UROP applications are judged on both the quality of the proposed project and the educational benefit to the student; awards are not based on financial need."

Alumni Associations Mentoring Program

"The Mentorship Program is designed to help students make contacts in the Twin Cities business community and provide them with a chance to enhance their professional skills. Mentors can respond to questions, help students make connections, and give them feedback on job search skills. The Mentorship Program is not designed to provide students with employment. Mentors should not be solicited for job leads within their company. If you are interesting in participating either as a student or a mentor, please browse one of the following guides built for you."
