AEM spotlight:
I am working at Space Department of Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory as a NASA intern. I am researching the Reusable Spacecraft Software Architecture by developing, analyzing, and testing the reusable software components for future spacecraft. These reusable software components and layers in the software architecture will allow flight software development independence of hardware and operating system.
This research will help determine whether the Reusable Spacecraft Software Architecture is suitable for demanding flight software of future spacecraft. I believe that NASA and APL efforts to develop reusable flight software will allow fast and reliable flight software development.
