With the continuous advancement of outer space technology and the energy crisis we find ourselves with on Earth, there will be a great need for international cooperation in the exploration and industrialization of our solar system. My goal is to increase this international effort and provide humans with the technology necessary to colonize outer space. The AEM department has been paramount in diversifying my approach to complex problems and expanding my interests in a world looking for creative solutions, both which serve as essential to my goals. The department has also connected me with leaders in the Aerospace industry while opening doors for me that I previously did not know were there. The Richard G. Brasket Scholarship will assist me in my journey in completing my junior year and developing my engineering toolset.
The Department of Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics maintains a strong relationship with our alumni, and continuously works to provide services and opportunities for alumni to stay in touch with the department and with each other.
