I'm a senior in Aerospace Engineering and I received the John and Robert McCollom Memorial Scholarship. I'm very thankful to the AEM department for giving me this generous scholarship. In the last three years, I pursued undergraduate research in Professor Seiler's group, and I completed two research internships at Purdue University and the University of Texas, Austin. I'm very thankful for the AEM department for its generous support, and for encouraging my research pursuits. After graduation, I plan on going to graduate school to study control theory and convex optimization. Being a graduate of this program has given me the strong academic foundations necessary for graduate study.
The Department of Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics maintains a strong relationship with our alumni, and continuously works to provide services and opportunities for alumni to stay in touch with the department and with each other.
